You must be atleast 21 years of age to order.
By ordering you are agreeing that these products are not for human consumption and will not be used for in vivo studies of any kind.
The only questions that we answer is about the service and not the products.
When making payments dont send directly from from an exchange (place where you buy your coins) to our coin address send to your own personal wallet first and then to us. (this isnt a must but is a best practice). Also you dont have to click the pay in wallet button you can copy and paste the amount and coin address into your preferred wallet.
We ship Monday - Friday.
Orders usually ship within 24-48hrs, with that being said orders placed by midnight the night before ideally ship the next day.
Sometimes we get backed up and it can take up to 72hrs to ship your order.
There will usually be a note on the homepage if we're backed up to let you know to expect your order to ship later than usual.
Please create an account if you need to check on the status of your order.
Once you have an account created you can click on the 3 bars in the top right corner, click my account and then my orders.
If your order says on hold, it has been received and is waiting for blockchain confirmations to confirm the payment.
If your order says processing, your payment has been confirmed and your order is waiting to ship.
Once you order says complete, it has been shipped and tracking will usually be sent late at night the following day.
